Some dog breeds have dew claws on their back legs as well. He's kind of a weird-o: Help me out here!

July 7, 2016 at 8: February 10, 2019 at 10: Considering Roman Rottweilers are likely mixed with flock guardian breeds it would make sense that they might frequently have double dewclaws. Dewclaws must be removed. These dogs climbed craggy rocks in search of puffin birds, using their extra toes to help keep a good grip.
I just don't think these guys are any LG mixes, though I suppose it is a possibility. He wants to paw when playing.

Sometimes the toe is attached loosely to the leg and when the dog runs, the toenail can become caught and easily torn.
